EYFS Parent Feedback - End of Year Reports

  • Many thanks Mrs Sharma, Mrs Smith, Mrs Sinabaldi for your excellent teaching and support, xxxx has loved her first year at school, we are thrilled with how much she has developed.
  • We are immensely proud for how xxxx has really taken to ‘school life’ he is a happy confident, clever little boy. The credit goes to Mrs Sharma and all the teaching assistants who have helped him daily, in particular I want to mention how xxxx used to be so upset standing in front of a crowd. Look at him now!!! He is so proud of himself.
  • We are very pleased to read about how well xxxx has done throughout his time in Owls. He has thoroughly enjoyed his first year at WSL and come along so well!! He talks about all of his teachers in such a lovely way.
  • We are incredibly proud of everything xxxx has achieved this year and of the enthusiasm and excitement she brings to her learning. Thank you for all the support, encouragement and care you have given her throughout the year. We are so grateful. Above all we especially proud of the kind and thoughtful person xxxx is becoming! We look forward to see her continue to grow as she starts Year 1.

KS1 Parent Feedback - End of Year Report

  • We are really pleased with such a lovely report. xxxx has grown and matured so much this year. Thanks to all the staff for such dedication.
  • Really lovely to read xxx end of year report. To see how well he has been doing but to also understand the goals he is working towards. Thank you for helping xxxx progress academically but also with his confidence this year! he has had a great year in Nightingales. We are really looking forward to seeing how far xxxx progresses in Year 2.
  • We are so pleased to read such a positive report, xxxx has worked so hard to build up his confidence so it is so lovely to read that his confidence has grown. We are so proud of how well xxxx is doing and greatly appreciate the support and encouragement he receives. He talks so fondly of his teachers and has come such a long way this past year, his whole outlook on school has changed and he is so much less anxious about maths.

KS2 Parent Feedback - End of Year Reports

  • We are so proud of xxxxx and can appreciate her amazing progress through her time in Skylarks. Mrs Waite, you are truly such a fantastic teacher and we are all so grateful for everything you do for xxxxx. She talks about you all of the time.

  • What a report from a little boy who really couldn't talk when arriving and falling behind in a lot of areas to receive this glowing report is just a testament to the school. Thank you for taking the time and turning into how xxxx learns. Miss Hill what a great 2 years it has been and we feel truly lucky to have such a great, kind caring, knowledgeable lady. A true Gem of a teacher. Mr Errington what a year it has been for your first year of Headteacher. We are so pleased xxxx has you as a role model to look up too. We have really appreciate you taking xxxx Allergies seriously. 

Waltham Place KS1 School Trip

xxxx so loved the Waltham place visit, he’s still talking about it. This morning on the way to school he told me that Nikki, who ran the visit, told him that pigs have big noses to help them find their way as they don’t have big eyes.

Well done school team for giving the children such wonderful experiences!

KS1 and KS2 Parent Feedback on Parents Evening 

I just wanted to commend each of your teachers for their preparedness, for their insightful commentary & feedback, and for their student centered approach. It was a true breath of fresh air and it’s not often that happens at such an early juncture in the school year (not through any fault of their own it’s just typically v early to truly know & understand a child who’s so new to them). 

Each conversation was constructive, positive and supportive and made me feel excited about the year ahead that all 3 of my children have at the school. 

So jolly well done to you for breeding that culture 👏 and for having it all run so seamlessly and to time as well ☺️
